CDC Group Coaching (For Female Leaders) Harmony Hive (For African American Female Leaders)
Duration: 8 months (90-minute sessions, once per month)
Harnessing the power of transformative group coaching, each 8-month virtual experience, led by an ICF coach, offers unique discussions and opportunities specifically tailored to female leaders.
What makes our programming stand out is the diversity of each group, curated through DISC behavioral assessments, career levels, and shared interests. Participants are female leaders from diverse industries, representing different regions of the country.
Both programs culminate with in-person gatherings: CDC in Chicago and Harmony Hive on St. Simons Island.
